about me

Steve has been with Aretec since 2014, serving as our Executive Vice President and Executive Program Manager for various programs, as well as providing guidance and leadership to all corporate business development ventures. His experience in managing multi-million-dollar contracts includes the modernization and upgrading of the enterprise network infrastructure for the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and multiple contracts supporting the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) both in Washington D.C. and New York City.

Steve began his career as a designated Naval Aviator in 1982. After several years flying various aircraft as an aircraft commander, he was accepted to the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and graduated in 1992 with a master’s degree in Computer Systems Management. He has since accrued 30 years of managerial leadership and supervisory experience, working both for the United States Marine Corps and well as private enterprise. Additionally, Steve served for three years as the President of the AFCEA Quantico-Potomac Chapter.

In his free time, Steve enjoys riding motorcycles, exercising, and reading up on various topics pertaining to math and science.
